It is convenient for 2 families with its 2 sleeping areas separated by the living room. The attic cabin will delight your children!

You will surely fall in love with the view from the terrace over the sea and the panoramic view of the Bay and Tharon. During low tides you can fish for clams, Cormier beach is famous for this. You can indulge in board sports (Sailing, Windsurfing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing) the spot is very popular and very secure. Our 90 m2 family home on a 1000 m2 lot has the comfort of a vacation home, and direct access to the beach.

It is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the shops in Tharon-Plage and a 10-minute drive from Pornic. You will be able to park your vehicle within the property, free parking spaces are also available just in front of the house.
