Bustling activity or a haven of peace, with or without a car, central yet individual. The fully equipped, old townhouse in the center of San Gregorio in a pedestrian zone was renovated with a lot of love for detail. The old has been preserved and new details have been added to create a very special place. In addition, there is a private terrace, high-speed Internet, satellite TV, an extra-wide bed and a neighborhood where you can immerse yourself in the real life of the Canary Islands.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Located in a quiet area of Telde, just a few minutes' drive from the town, the beach and other places of interest. We strongly recommend having a car, as public transport is limited and taxis are not always available. Free parking on the same street.
