Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Im Winter seid ihr nur einen Katzensprung vom Skilift Müsella, den Langlaufloipen, Schneerouten im Albulatal sowie von traumhaften Spazierwegen, Eislaufplätzen und Curlingbahnen entfernt. Im Sommer erwarten euch die Inlinebahn, zahlreiche Velorouten, Wanderwege und Grillplätze am Chamuera sowie ein großer Spielplatz mit Fußballplatz. In wenigen Minuten erreicht ihr bequem die Bushaltestelle oder Tiefgarage.

Relaxing hideaway with whirlpool

Centrally located in St. Moritz-Bad but quiet. Fully equipped, sunny 100m2 apartment with views in a modern, less then 10 years old building. 5 minutes walking or driving distance from everything: skiing, cross-country, hiking, shopping, lake, forests, train station (Glacier Express). Bus stop in front of the house. Indoor parking, fast internet access, TV and private whirlpool included. Enjoy my home, if I can't stay in St. Moritz and experience the broadness of the Upper Engadin valley.

Holzböden, ein Schwedenofen, 2 Doppelschlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten (1 x 1.80 m, 1 x 1.60 m), 2 Badezimmer 1 x mit Dusche WC, 1 x mit Bad/Dusche/WC.
