The train station is very close. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Natural native woods, linen curtains, mineral colors and abrasions ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The beautiful and charming small apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet Engadine house in the middle of La Punt Chamues-ch, in a very bright and sunny location, with unobstructed views of the village and the mountains. In summer, it is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. In winter, it is perfect for all cross-country skiers: 200 m from the famous Engadine Skimarathon trail. Or for alpine skiing in the areas of Zuoz, Corviglia, Diavolezza.

Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Cosy and bright flat, equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in the Engadine. The flat is located in a quiet and sunny area and is characterised by its warm and neat style. Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the skiing area, which leads to Marguns and Corviglia (St.Moritz). In summer as well as in winter it is an ideal starting point for hikes and sports activities (all skiing, ice skating, biking, tennis) in the region.
