This 70 m2 air-conditioned gîte consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 beaks to the Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen-size bed and a sofa bed for one person (or two children), a bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. Please note: there is no air conditioning in hot weather.

The Roubion, the Drôme, the Gervanne or the Roanne, the swimming spots are numerous and the villages bordering them are charming. For the bravest, the Saou Forest has several hiking trails.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

"Eucalyptus" gîte in Drôme Provencale

Florence and Alain will be happy to welcome you to their house located in a village perched in the Drôme Provençale, the house is located on the edge of a wood, quiet, with a view overlooking the Valdaine plain. The cottage is spacious, with a separate entrance overlooking a small private terrace which will allow you total freedom... but we remain at your disposal if necessary. An ideal place to stay for couples who want to discover this beautiful region.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
