Our cottage is located in Yvoir, in the middle of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia (Crupet, Spontin, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (E411-N4), in the Meuse Valley, between Dinant and Namur, close to the Bocq Valley and the Molignée (Maredsous, etc.) and a stone's throw from the climbing area. Our cottage is quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the many country roads that cross fields and woods where you can walk or mountain bike.

Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.
