The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

The owner lives in the chalet above, but the gîte is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. Parking for 2 cars. We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.
