very friendly place for family with young kids ! A lot of toys and swimming pool to keep kids busy :) really appreciate for flexible check in/check out time! Will come back next time!

Sylvie's house is wonderful. Our expectations were exceeded. Great southern exposure with even a bit of sea view. Wonderful large terrace and an infinity pool. Everything very spacious, clean and in best condition. Parking is right in front of the house. The reception and farewell by Agnes and her husband was very warm. For the new guests, please note that one bedroom has a large double bed and two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. There were only three of us and we were still allowed to use all three bedrooms. The internet speed is 3.7 Mbps download and 0.52 Mbps upload. Unfortunately, this is not suitable for work. As the house is in the countryside, faster access may not be available. We would love to come back to Sylvies house and thank Sylvie and Agnes very much for her hospitality.

The house perfectly matched our expectations. The place is more than relaxing with this beautiful pool and large garden. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend this listing. Ana and Jeanne

We spent two very nice weeks in July 2024 in Andrews and Joanna's house. The contact with Andrew was very friendly starting with the key handover. He also gave us good excursion tips during our stay and was always there for us. The house and pool were furnished as described: provencial and with a certain shabby chic, maybe not quite perfect, but with taste and lots of love. The pool was serviced regularly and was in impeccable condition. We highly recommend the house and say thank you for the hospitality. Klatte family

A super private and quiet location with magnificent sea views. Pretty impeccable house, nicely moved and very well equipped. Comfortable rooms and bedding. The contact with the landlord and her trusted person was effective and friendly. We had a lovely stay with 10 people and recommend this place! Very good welcome from Maria who was very nice and available to adapt to our schedule. The house is quiet, very clean, well equipped with good beds and everything you need for cooking. The garden is sublime, very well maintained and flowered. The pool is very clean and the kids enjoyed it. The house is well located with beaches, six oven forest and Ile d 'Embiez nearby.

We rented Christophe's house in order to spend some time with family. Moment that was more than successful, thanks to the hospitality , Christophe's advice for activities, restaurants... Things to do in the area. Young and old left full of memories in this beautiful house that fully matches the description , close to all the necessary amenities ( beach, shops ...) We strongly recommend this place of exception.

We had a lovely time with the family at this beautiful villa. Thanks to Lola for her warm welcome. The house is well decorated and comfortable, the outside is well landscaped. There is what you need in terms of amenities to stay there apart from the essentials for toddlers (bed, high chair etc.). Pretty pool that can be heated for a charge, we were able to enjoy water at 29 degrees. And the sea view is really nice. Shops are easy to reach by car as well as the sea. We recommend.

We had a wonderful time a the villa with our family. We were 10 people but the place was definitly big enough to accomodate all of us with a lot of space. Great communication with Francois, available and making sure everything was ok, Claudia gave a very good local welcome with great assistance during the stay when necessary. The villa is furnished with great taste, close to everything like city center, bakeries, supermarkets but a great feeling of privacy and peacefulness. Fantastic outdoor lounge, perfect for late afternoon drinks, outdoor dining table very well localised with good shadow for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Time at the swimming pool was really pleasant, with very good drowning alarm system which was very usefull with the kids. Bandol is very well localized with easy access to St Cyr and Cassis by road, allowing to try other beaches and see the calanques without much effort. I definitely recommend Francois' villa for your future stay in the region. Great time!

Great stay with Nathalie. The house is very clean, functional and perfect for relaxing, enjoying. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for nice walks.

Beautiful location with the most stunning view of the med. all rooms have views. garage was high enough to park a van (2m) which is a plus! great garden, terraces, pool and outdoir dining areas. would always come back! sad that we had to leave after 2 weeks ;)

We were two families with children (8 people) for 14 days as guests at Thomas's place in Moissac-Bellevue and really enjoyed our stay. The house corresponds 1:1 to the photos and offers everything you need for a nice holiday; be it in the kitchen, bathroom, living room or bedroom. The surroundings are very quiet and immensely relaxing. The covered porch was perfect for eating (incl. BBQ) and also for playing cards. The pool and sun deck invited you to linger and relax. The interior design is very tasteful, discreet, but also extremely functional. We immediately felt at home. Tina was not only present for us to check in, but also helped us during our stay with any questions that came up. Many thanks to Thomas, Christian and Tina for the great communication and the great stay with you in Moissac-Bellevue, we would love to come back at any time:-)

The accommodation matched the description exactly. A very warm house with furniture and decoration. Very nice place despite being in November. Overall we had a nice stay.

We had an amazing weekend with friends in this just awesome villa! The interior is even better than in the photos: very spacious, modern, and above all very well equipped (appliances, games, parasols, buoys, etc.). The cleanliness was impeccable too. The setting is very private, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Magalie and her husband are very nice and very responsive hosts who were able to make themselves available as soon as we needed them! We'll definitely be back!

We arrived with the children and grandchildren and found a great and modern villa as described. After the introduction by the very likeable and friendly "mom", we immediately felt comfortable. The house is very well furnished with everything you need in a vacation. We particularly liked sitting on the terrace and enjoying the magnificent views. The place itself offers a very good bakery and a small supermarket for the essentials. In addition, the starting point for beautiful trips and activities in this magnificent area is ideal.

The villa was amazing and we were sad to leave. It was great that we could take our little dog with us so we didn't need to leave him at home. The villa views were simply beautiful. We are already looking to return.

Great stay at Serge and Sophie's. House matches the photos and description. Very quiet place ideal to unwind. Very welcoming and flexible hosts. We recommend this house.

The property is well equipped & spacious. Well presented light & airy, the open plan kitchen living area worked well for our party made up of 11 adults & one 4yr old. The lovely shaded terrace with large BBQ was perfect for family meals. We only ate out twice locally both locations were lovely, but we preferred preparing meals within the house. The pool area is spacious although for younger children shade can be tricky on a windy day as parasols don’t withstand the wind too well. There is a shaded area slightly away from the pool under a large tree. We opted to pay extra for the pool to be heated. The property offers board games as well as table tennis. The management company, Judith & Duncan were both very efficient in sorting any “niggles” that occurred. Our only issue was lack of WiFi during our stay which was finally rectified on the last afternoon. We did receive compensation from the host. We would recommend this property for a large group & hope we can revisit in the future.
