Casa Natale #3: Your beautiful appartment

In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Ideal stop for the TMB. Located in Viale Monte Bianco, only 100 meters from the center and just 5 minutes by car from the Terme di Pre '-Saint-Didier and Skyway. Apartment with free parking space. Electric car charging station 20 meters from the apartment! Do you want to use public transportation? Very easy ! There's a bus stop just 80 meters away that takes you directly to the ski resorts and to the Ferret and Veny valleys and Skyway Monte Bianco. Ideal as a stop on the TMB

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.
