Come and enjoy this charming house facing south, it is located in a quiet area less than 100m from Les Génerelles beach and 400m from downtown shops. Parking on the grounds is perfect for doing anything on foot. Ideal for 4 people (up to 6). It welcomes you with a large bright living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen equipped with new. Outside, 2 gardens with terrace and all the necessary equipment (BBQ, living room, sunbeds).

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Small townhouse near forest, 500 m from Les Conches beach, surfing, pool from May to September. Bed linens for the room included in the rental price. Pull-out sofa in the living room (sleeps two people), provide sheets for small beds 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Not included in the rental. The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets.
