This three bedroom house sits prominently in the centre of La Ville-ès-Nonais, a quiet, charming village situated between St Malo, Dinard and Dinan, on the Rance Estuary. A quirky property with plenty of charm and spacious living areas, including two private outdoor spaces. The house is a very short drive from the Northern coast of Brittany, offering easy access to the stunning beaches at St Lunaire and the famous oyster fishing bay at Cancale as well as easy access from the port of St Malo.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Seasonal rental close to the sea with enclosed garden. Located on the edge of the Rance, you will be close to Rennes, St-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale and Mont St-Michel. It's the charm of the countryside by the sea. You will also be 5 minutes from Saint-Suliac, ranked one of the most beautiful villages in France. Close to all amenities.
