Old goat farm, small house in a quiet hamlet in the countryside with a private and enclosed plot. Comfortable beds (Bultex mattress for the sofa bed) 20 minutes from Épernay, 50 minutes from Reims. Village located in the Brie des Étangs, with many possibilities for walks, hikes... (In the countryside, woods or vineyards from the house). I was born and have always lived in Passy-sur-Marne, so when the castle in my village was for sale, I didn't hesitate for a moment to acquire it. This castle, in ruins and uninhabited for several centuries, has found a new life thanks to work that began some twenty years ago. You will have a beautiful apartment with a south-facing terrace and stunning views of the Marne Valley.
