In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

In 50 Metern Entfernung befindet sich das "Leine Center" für alle Ansprüche des täglichen Bedarfes. Die Küche der Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf kann ein zweites Einzelbett hinzugestellt werden. Die Innenstadt von Hannover ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Messegelände ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto errei.
