Medieval Fort, Sud Ardèche stunning loft with pool

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

If you want a hot drink, a kettle is at your disposal. Breakfast by reservation will be served between 7am and 10am.

Relax during your getaway in southern Ardèche in our guest room located on the second floor of a stone village house, in the heart of Labeaume, a village of character nestled at the foot of the cliffs and two minutes from the river. Guests can enjoy the calm and freshness of the inner courtyard of the house, in the shade of the linden tree, or activities in the village square.

Room in owner's single-family home, with private bathroom/toilet (hairdryer and iron provided). Possibility to cook on site (gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, barbecue). Of course, we prepare breakfasts for you in the morning, with our homemade jams and honey from Vallon. Swimming pool available.

In a stone and wood house. One bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed A shower room common to the whole floor, as well as a reading room or board games available. Breakfast extra for €6/pers. The house is inhabited by cats. We also have chickens and horses. Many walks from the house and nearby Equestrian center right next door.

Located near villages classified as Joyeuse, Balazuc, Vogüé, close to rivers and hiking trails; it is the ideal place to relax. The 30 m2 air-conditioned studio is located in a green setting, it is equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. An optional breakfast (prepared with local and homemade products) can be served.
