Located in Vallon-pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a great view. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

Stone house with Ardèche character at an altitude of 350 m, located in an exceptional setting, with panoramic views and very quiet. In the heart of nature, lined with vines, pines and chestnut trees, our house will enchant your stay. Ideal for hiking, swimming in rivers, rest and especially shared moments in the cottage (swimming pool, barbecue, large game room, etc.). Only in summer, an outbuilding (chambre+W.C/sdb) will allow a possible isolation for a couple.
