U heeft de beschikking over een eigen huisje met terras. De gîte is naast mijn huis en is meer dan 100 jaar oud . De bakker is op loopafstand. Er zijn mooie wandelingen in deze omgeving waarvan enkele beginnend vanaf de gîte. Fietsliefhebbers kunnen ook hun hart ophalen. Het Lac de Panneciere is 9 km vanaf de gîte en ideaal voor zwemmen en vissen. Op 15 km afstand ligt het stadje Corbigny waar meerdere supermarkten en restaurants zijn en alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

A brand new home in an old barn, in the middle of nature with a magnificent view and everything you need for a pleasant stay alone, as a couple or with children. A few metres from the gîte, a cabin under the trees can accommodate two additional guests (supplement calculated at the time of booking). Hi. The house is located 250 meters from Lake Chaumeçon, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park in a small hamlet. You have access to the whole house and the land of about 1000 m2. The lake is next door, crossing a field, and you have the option to swim and go canoeing, which we provide. The house is very quiet and we will be happy to host you.
