New single-family home with 2 bedrooms and fenced garden. Terrace with garden furniture. 8 km from the highway exit, close to Troyes and 2 km from the beach of Lake Orient Forest. One double bed (140 x 190), 2 single beds (90 x 190), one sofa bed (140 x 190). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, dishes etc... 200 m from the bike path that goes around the lake.

The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
