My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Beautiful two room apartment composed of an ample bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom . All the rooms have separate access to a small terrace with a fantastic view on Ischia, Procida, and Pozzuoli with Nisida. A hallway allows separate access from the rooms to the bathroom. Being a guest house, we do not serve breakfast. However, please read below what guests will find in the house included in the price. The washing machine is on the ground level- also free use.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
