I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

Maria was a fantastic, friendly, and responsive host. She offered to have us meet her at the accomodation when our train arrived so she could show us around the apartment and allow us to drop off our bags. The apartment is in a very lively area (the heart of the historic district) so there are lots of cafes, shops, and sights to take in. I did note that we could hear cars and street noise, but it wasn't enough to be bothersome to us, but keep that in mind if you prefer to sleep in a very quiet space. Either way, this apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

This flat really has a soul. Dario obviously picked every detail and the result is great. Just be aware that there’s only one window in the whole flat which is located in the bedroom. Despite being super central, the flat is extremely calm which is great after a day walking in the noisy streets of Napoli. Also, a huge thanks to Dario who’s been extremely helpful and responsive during our whole stay. Grazie mille 🤲🏽

Simply spectacular , a fantastic island and I think we were the most beautiful vacations I could have with my wife and dogs thanks to everyone ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

Stayed very well. Maria's explanations were very clear. The apartment is located right next to the bus stop. Very easy to get to. The little harbor next door is very cute!

The apartment is literally very close to the Naples airport, so much so that you can walk to the terminal in 8 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, so it's okay to walk even at 5 in the morning, as we did. The apartment is large, comfortable, perfectly clean and tidy. The instructions for the vheck sent by Alessandra were very precise and there were no problems following them. I think I'll still use this useful foothold.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

A truly beautiful apartment, even better than the photographs. With everything and more that you could possibly need in a home from home. The location is set well back behind an excellent supermarket and has a beautiful view towards the sea. Where you can watch from your private terrace the most spectacular sunsets. We will definitely be back and with our family too.

You won't believe this place until you get there, it is so airy and lovely. The air smelled divine due to her gardens, not kidding. You do have to get used to the driving with narrow roads, but you will. We loved the pool and Linda herself was just fantastic. She was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and expresso!

A beautiful oasis away from the bustle of Capri, with Anacapri a bus ride away. The cottage is a place to relax. We went to the local market (which is a walk, but everything is a walk on the island), cooked, and dined al fresco. Massimo was wonderfully responsive and helpful. Because we were there during a heatwave, the only thing which would have made it better would have been airconditioning - at least in the main bedroom. Because it is in a garden there are mosquitos, but with the insect repellent provided, we were ok. We enjoyed our stay.

very nice villa with an amazing view of Ischia and the surrounding islands. super nice pool. very spacious and relatively well arranged villa. giovangiuseppe welcomed us, advised and even offered breakfast. we highly recommend the house although it is quite expensive

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

We had such a nice time! Isbella who helped take care of the house was such a kind host. She met us right when we arrived and also cooked a beautiful dinner. We also very much enjoyed the pool area. Would recommend! thank you for a wonderful time in Capri!

This place is all about the view. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck after a long day of walking or first thing in the morning. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Blue Grotto is walkable just down the hill. It is also walkable to Anacapri. The bus stop and and a fantastic restaurant are just down the hill. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional host ! Agostino by far has been the most incredible host I’ve ever encountered. Professional, caring , attentive , charming , kind and friendly. Responsive at any time and hour of the day ( trusted me we bothered him a lot even at late hours at night ). The property is exactly as you see it in pictures , quite much bigger than what it looks like. Area is superb , walkable distance from The Port and other centro areas . Right in front the property there’s a fantastic restaurant. Agostino , scheduled a taxi pick up from the Ferry station as well our exit ( for a lower fare) he also booked a private boat tour to Capri in advanced and helped us to find a scooter rental place ( all some discount price ). Among other things he did I can thank him enough. The property is big enough for up to 6 people if sleeping in pairs . AC throughout the whole property ( that’s a plus for us spoiled Americans ) . Book here you won’t regret it. We will pick this place when we come back !

A quiet and cozy accommodation in a typical and well-located neighborhood. Hosts who are attentive and available.

Such a beautiful and serene place! The view is incredible from your lovely private patio. Back around there’s an even more secluded and shaded little spot, which I can imagine must be heaven during the hot summer days. The house is great and has everything you need and more. The location is amazing: if you enjoying walking and hiking, explore around! If not, rent a scooter and still explore! Alessandro was extremely helpful and responsive from beginning to star. Picked us up from the port as he was around, helped us out with our scooter rental and when my partner got sick over a bank holiday went all out and brought over some medicine, he really went above and beyond! We will definitely be coming back!

Functional small apartment in a residence where Lello and his family live. Your mom will welcome you and make sure you feel comfortable. Accommodation near the beach and all amenities. Thanks!!

If you are looking for a corner of peace in Ischia you have to go to Sant 'Angelo and Marina's house is really very cozy. 2 minutes from the fumarole beach, 1 minute from the Aprhodite Apollon thermal baths... you go out in a bathrobe from home and go to the thermal baths or the sea... 1 minute away is a beautiful farm where you can dine and have breakfast. In short, you are at home - real house: two bathrooms, living room, indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen, and three bedrooms - forget about the car and enjoy the beauty that the island offers you!

Central location in the heart of Naples. As a family of four we enjoyed our stay in this wonderful city with walking distance to many central spots and also shirt distance to train and metro for longer outings. The apartment was exactly as described, we had zero incidents but appreciated the host's attentiveness and proactiveness.

Overall a great experience and it was one of the best designed interiors I’ve seen on airbnb. It was clean and the owner was very friendly. They provide some snacks as well. The only problem would be that the location is not suitable for walking and requires public transport to reach, which is frequent during the day but scarce at night. Of course this is not a problem of the owner and I am just saying this so that future guests can plan accordingly during their stay in this nice place that I definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our 5 days stay in the apartment. The location was perfect to explore the city...also super close to the port to get to Capri, Ischia or Sorrento. Metro station directly in front of the apartment building. The apartment was super spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was very well-equipped. Communication with Erika and her team was smooth as well as the whole check-in and check-out process. We were allowed to store our luggage in the apartment as we had a late flight back home.
