One comfortable double bed and one sofa bed in the lounge area, the sofa bed is not suitable for adults but comfortable enough for up to two children. It is located in a vibrant town with bars and restaurants to walk to, Access to a large shared courtyard, with your own segregated seating area/space. Access to our shared rear garden, bordered by the river.

Hyper centre de La Châtre, dans le quartier historique, le studio est à 50m de la place du marché qui offre des boulangers, cafés-bars, restaurants, et de nombreux autres commerces y compris un super marché. Les fenêtres donnent sur une courette (non utilisable) ce qui assure le calme absolu dans l'appartement. Stationnement gratuit sur la place du docteur Vergne ou dans la rue. Aucune possibilité de rentrer les vélos qui doivent rester à l'extérieur de l'immeuble.

Available: free boat, tandem rental, bike rental for rides, baptism in old Peugeot 203 car by reservation. One animal on a leash accepted.

Serenity

My place is close to the city center, restaurants, art and culture, museum visits. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
