I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The place was absolutely wonderful , clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Absolutely perfect stay at Chuanchai’s villa in the peaceful SeaBreeze village! We were a group of four adults traveling with a dog, and this pet-friendly home exceeded all expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—immaculate and lit up beautifully at night. We also loved the cozy lounge area by the pool, perfect for late-night chats under the string lights. Chuanchai was an exceptional host—super responsive and incredibly thoughtful. From the smooth check-in to the free snacks waiting for us, every detail was taken care of. You can really tell he takes pride in providing a great experience. Quiet location, great amenities, and just a short drive from Pattaya’s attractions. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Full stars and highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

De accommodatie was boven onze verwachting. Met het zwembad het middelpunt en trekpleister van het huisje. We voelden ons gelijk thuis en werden goed opgevangen ondanks dat we wat eerder waren. De omgeving is rustig maar alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand. De host is super helpvol en reageert heel snel op vragen. Bedankt Deedy en misschien tot de volgende keer

Each villa boasts a private pool, blending modern amenities with natural beauty. The interiors are elegant, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life.
