Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Un commerce vous permettra de vous approvisionner(fermé le lundi) Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son emplacement, le calme. Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires, mais pas pour les enfants. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Accommodation located on the ground floor of my main house, 5 min walk to the Armandie Stadium. It has a bedroom with double bed, a dressing room to store your belongings. The living room sofa is convertible to accommodate 2 additional people, a baby cot is also in the bedroom A fully equipped kitchen and board games are at your disposal, plus a TV with Wi-Fi (fiber) and access to Orange, Netflix and Amazon Prime channels.

Take a break in this old bread oven converted into a guest room. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave and electric stove, sofa bed for 2 people + small mezzanine to accommodate an extra bed on request, bathroom and toilet. 2 covered terraces and large unfenced garden with trees at the back. Linens provided (sheets, towels and dish towels).

It enjoys a great location 15 minutes from Golfech, 10 minutes by car from the center of Agen, the highway , Walygator, Monky,10 minutes from Enap. Guests can enjoy a walk by the canal located 80m from the house.
