Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Welcome to the Villa des Palmiers🌴, close to all amenities, 5 km from Agen, this 130 m² villa in a residential area not overlooked, next to the sports complex, offers you comfort and tranquility. 4 bedrooms with TV, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, outdoor kitchen, plancha, petanque court. 8x4 saltwater pool heated to 26°C from June to the end of September. ❗️May and October optional, please consult us. ⚠️ November to end of April the pool will not be heated.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Accommodation located on the ground floor of my main house, 5 min walk to the Armandie Stadium. It has a bedroom with double bed, a dressing room to store your belongings. The living room sofa is convertible to accommodate 2 additional people, a baby cot is also in the bedroom A fully equipped kitchen and board games are at your disposal, plus a TV with Wi-Fi (fiber) and access to Orange, Netflix and Amazon Prime channels.
