Holiday rentals with a patio in Lages

We really like Rodrigo's apartment. Everything corresponds according to the listing. Very quiet and safe condominium. Organized and clean apartment. We would return at a next opportunity for sure if possible.

We liked the accommodation, we only had a bit of difficulty in the checkin, as Joelma informed that she was on an appointment. Luckily I have a brother in the city and that didn't turn out to be a big problem. At the exit tbm hears delay in the return of the response and we are concerned if we leave the key at the location indicated in the guidelines.

Excellent environment. The accommodation is impeccable and very functional. Own parking and quiet neighborhood. We will return to Lages with guaranteed accommodation with Roseli 💕

We had a group of 15 people, 8 adults and 7 children, in the house. The weather collaborated and we had incredible days of the nature of the mountain range on the lakeside. Ample space and good structure. Kitchen equipped with large barbecue, very spacious living room, comfortable beds, good sized stretch bed for children and access to the lake by its own ramp and trepiche. The road at Google ends about 1 km before the actual end of the road. It is advisable not to use a car too low to make the journey off the asphalt. A Grand Siena accounted. The Internet worked well and energy as well. The hot water was only about 30ºC in some bathrooms from day 2. We were offered wood/firewood at will for use in the barbecue and in the fireplace.

Well organized house, everything like the ad, except the issue of the garage for the car, we went with an oroch, and we had to leave it on the street, everything ok! Super recommended.

From the beginning, Nayara was a lot of requests, being very flexible with the check in and checkout, it responded to us quickly. Dona Lucia Mother of Nayara was also a sweetheart, received us super well, had even pinion waiting for us 🩷 Over the house, extremely clean and comfortable, would return more often without a doubt.

Who received us was Mrs. Nice, Alexandre's wife. About the place: quiet, well located, easy access to the center of Lages. About the house: there are three bedrooms, two double and one with two bunk beds. It has a living room, large bathroom, kitchen and various games to use. In the back there is another well-equipped kitchen (which was the one we used), plus a bathroom and a large space with a pool table that can also be from ping-pong or a dining table. It had two more tables and chairs. It has a hammock to be placed on the garage door. The pool was clean, and just by not having extreme heat, we were able to use it. It was a really nice stay. A Dona Nice is a sweetheart, made us feel at home. I recommend! 🥰🙏🏻✨

Impeccable, extremely clean and very smelling house by the way, as well as carrying everything that was necessary for a good stay. We were very well received, we are sure to go back.
