80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. It is located near the bell tower with the oldest medieval clock in the world. And it is only 1 km from the beautiful beach of Sottomarina. The house is located a short walk from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor, you can find the Hall and the bike storage. The accommodations are equipped with many comforts, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

Just 1.5km from the beach, also convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.
