Spacious villa in northern Mellbystrand

Spacious villa of 150m2, 1,5 level. With two private bedrooms as well as a sofa bed, there is room for at least 6 adults. The toilet upstairs has a bathtub and on the downstairs there is a shower and a sauna. Laundry room is available with washer and dryer. In the living room upstairs, there is a home theater system with a projector for days. In the bedroom upstairs there is a TV. WIFI is included and 100/10. Private and secluded back where you can hear the sea and barbecue in peace and quiet. 600m down to the sea, there is nothing you need more than max 1.5km away!

Welcome to rent our cozy 1st at Hästtorget, at the beginning of Gamleby. The apartment is located upstairs in our house, shared entrance with beautiful views of Lagan. Proximity to cozy restaurants, shops, grocery store, cafes, pharmacy, cinema and system companies. We have a hypoallergenic dog in the house. Kitchen has a stove but not an oven. Micro is available, as well as coffee and water boilers. Refrigerator and freezer. Bathroom with shower. Includes WiFi, TV with chromecast. Pet-free and smoke-free. Scenic and private guest house by the water. Well secluded from the residential house is this guest house with Genevadsån that runs along the house. The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend day and night. If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or fire in the barbecue Nearby is the bathing jetty in Antorpa Lake and the Mästocka lake as well as the nature reserve in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you find pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relax with the family in this modern home. The house is built in 2023, a semi-detached house with private patio and proper sound insulation. Two spacious double bedrooms and a slightly smaller one with an 80-bed, which can be easily pulled out to a 160-bed. Fully equipped kitchen and nice living areas. The house is located on a plot bordering the beach. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the patio or on the beach just a few minutes away. Grocery store and restaurants are in the nearby area!

Exclusive house in Mellbystrand

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish accommodation in wonderful and harmonious Mellbystrand close to Sweden's longest sandy beach (12 km). If you want to experience the pulse of Båstad during the Summer on festival or tennis week it is only a quarter away! A caravan is located just outside the plot in which up to 5 children can sleep in. If there is a need for a car and/or electric scooter this can be borrowed during the stay - just one of those things. 😉
