The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms.
