Very well located in the beautiful quiet area of Bussana, easy to access and to park. Pleasant house and very nice and relaxing viewpoint on the sea. The terrace is a big plus! Thank you for your responsiveness and attention (coffee, towels, etc.) in the house:)

I had a wonderful stay at Ventimiglia . The overall experience was excellent, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The room was spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection was good , and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions and easy to access. The value for money is exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my balcony. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodation was comfortable, but I did notice that the cleanliness was not as thorough as I would have liked. Thank you to the host for making my stay so enjoyable.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

Exceptional location! We loved this big weekend with the family! The house is atypical, it's very exotic, the decoration is superb. It is super well equipped very convenient with a family! The beach is awesome with its little pebbles! Everything was perfect!

clean place about 10 minutes walk from the center of Ligurian stone. typical grandma's house with many personal items. i found it a little dark but still functional.

A fantastic place, absolutely enchanting terrace with lots of high quality seating. Even over New Year's Eve, we were able to enjoy our lunch outside. Also worth mentioning are the extremely comfortable beds, a rarity in Italy.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

My husband, our 12 year old son and I had great 12 days at this property and the surrounding area. It completely corresponds to Giulia's description. The associated parking space in an underground garage is a 5-minute walk away and was very generous to park. The location of the accommodation (very quiet yet central) was excellent for the many excursions along the coast and into the hinterland. We were able to park our bikes comfortably in the garden, which contains very nice lemon trees, a ping-pong table and chairs as well as a table to linger. The surrounding area has many caffes and restaurants. Our son has to eat gluten-free and we found right one street away an excellent pizzeria (My Dream) making an excellent gluten-free pizza. We can definitely recommend this place.

We had a great week in this beautiful villa! Beautiful pool, super nice green areas, very nicely furnished house in the style modern-luxury. Perfect location, 10 min. Into the city. We'll be back. 😍

Enrico's property and great hosting qualities are very well described in the other reviews. Everything was great!! But don't try to get to the property with Google Maps. Then you end up in a steep cul-de-sac where you get stuck by car. Wait for Enrico's directions!!!

Paolo was a great host. Due to the storm, we arrived later. Everything was no problem and Paolo very flexible. The property is very nice and definitely worth a stay. Unfortunately a little difficult to find and yet very remote. Perfect as a starting point for hiking or biking.

Wonderful stay for Valentine's Day. Wonderful house exactly as in the photos, elevated location on the city, great view. The host was super kind and welcoming, we will definitely be back.

We were very happy with our stay with Marco and Roberta. They were always available for questions and made our stay as pleasant as possible. Marco picked us up from the train station upon arrival and drove us back on our departure. The Airbnb is beautifully located – the pictures don't deceive! A big plus also for the quiet surroundings as well as the completely darkened rooms – our children have slept as long as they have not been in ages. Only the kitchen could be a little better equipped (for people who like to cook). Many thanks for the nice days in Alassio and next time.

Camilla's lovely house is set in a medieval village with very attractive arched wakways giving access to the houses. Be prepared to carry your luggage a little way from your car but when you step inside you will not be disappointed. The house provides very comfortably for four people and it is very well-equipped. But it is the spacious balcony with plenty of space for outdoor meals that is the highlight of this property. There is a most wonderful view of the Mediterranean from both the balcony and the garden below, and there is a very good selection of garden furniture. It is a short drive down to the coast road giving access to beaches and the nearby coastal towns of Santo Stefano al Mare, San Remo, Imperia and others to the west and as far as Genoa in the east. Camilla was warm, friendly and helpful in her communication.

Great location, very great view, completely escape-proof fenced garden. You'll get exactly what the pictures show. The historic hiking trail leads along the house and our dog had many people to welcome on weekends. Kitchen fully equipped, all very clean. NO Wi-Fi, but it is also in the advertisement! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back! The communication with Isabella worked well, we got to know her sister, where we checked in. The apartment is very well located, within walking distance of the beach, but shopping and restaurants are also not far away. We were able to leave the car almost all the time. We also always found a parking space right by the house, but this may also be due to the low season. The apartment convinces above all with its special style and the architecture of the bungalow. It is basic, but equipped with everything necessary. For four people, I think it's too small, but for us as a small family, the size was just right. From the terrace you can look at the sea, just wonderful!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay.
