It is close to the port and its shops (bakery, fishmongers, restaurants), and close to the centre of the village (markets on Tuesday and Friday). You will have 70 m² divided into a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, a TV lounge, 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (140) and one with 2 beds of 90 cm, shower room, toilet and courtyard with table and chairs.

The Coquillette house is located in the heart of the commune of St Martin, a stone's throw from its port, its market and restaurants, and its shopping streets.
