Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lake Atitlán

The house is small and the oldest style of the area. This is not a criticism, on the contrary, that allowed us to live a pleasant experience while visiting Xela. Elizabeth was very pleasant and the stay was welcoming and welcoming. The typical breakfast was everything we expected and their hospitality really deserves an opportunity. It is close to the central park, while there is no parking, Elizabeth supports for guests to park in either of the two locations near the house. Definitely a good place to be while visiting Xela.

I highly recommend staying with Chilky and her family. They are very friendly and hospitable. the rooms is clean and comfortable, the location is quiet. And the real treat is the breakfast, probably the best breakfast I ever had at airbnb:) thank you for your hospitality!

Diana's house is like being at home. very nice, detailed and safe. you can walk to Paseo andaria. Diana is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay in San Juan la lagoa. They make you feel at home!! They were wonderful and very attentive to the accommodation access to the lake, leaves you and they come to bring the boats and in the village it is very easy to walk, in addition there are very nice restaurants and bars along the way. Includes breakfast that is very rich and kayak is a plus!! Totally recommended

Amazing place in Tecpan. It was the perfect place to stay the weekend with friends and enjoy nature. The property is beautiful and with lots of walking/hiking trails. Staff is amazing and super attentive. 100% would recommend it.

It’s a good place. It’s very center little bit noisy because of the church in front other than that everything was great. I will stay there again.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Perfect place for exactly what I needed! Comfy bed and great wifi! The hosts are also incredibly lovely people. So great to talk to. And they cooked an amazing breakfast with coffee in the morning! They were also very helpful with everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this place :)

this stay in Totonicapán was truly something unique and life changing. Carlos and his whole family are pillars of their community who strongly advocate for the preservation of the local K'iche cultural and linguistic heritage, artistry, and traditional agrarian lifestyle. While I was with the Chaclan family, I felt so honored to bear witness to the traditions of their community, and their eager willingness to introduce me to their way of life was something unlike I had ever experienced beforehand. after this visit, I plan to come back to Totonicapán periodically to further study the area. I encourage any visitor to the Guatemalan highlands curious about the local traditions to book a stay with this family, as they will ensure you are taken care of as a member of their own household, and provide you with information about anything on the area that piques your curiosity.

Stay here no questions asked, you will not regret it. The most amazing ambiance, and absolutely stunning propriety. The architecture could win design awards. Not only is the property so beautiful, but Candis, Cameron, and Isa are a pleasure to talk to. They are so kind, have so much wisdom, and are so familiar with the town and its history, are well known among all the locals, and truly have such a special energy. My favorite place I have ever stayed at and it’s not close.
