Downstairs you have a very spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, bar and terrace including a private jacuzzi. Outside you'll find the pool and sun-terrace, which are shared common areas.

You will have a charming experience. You will be close to everything in this basic, clean, comfortable, and new apartment that is on the fourth floor of the building. In the space, you will have a large patio to spend time outdoors enjoying a spectacular view. You'll be close to restaurants, bars, tourist spots, and Spanish schools. Villa Eggedal is situated on the North shore of Lake Atitlan in the peaceful village of Santa Cruz. Ten acres of beautifully manicured gardens with pool overlook the lake and its surrounding volcanoes. The gardens make this a bird-watcher's paradise. There are 7 properties on this amble estate. The views are amazing but it does involve walking up numerous steps. If you are arriving after dark, please make sure to bring a torch with you. Only arrive by boat and not by car.
