This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

Casa Lavanda is such a exceptional home! We watched the sunrise & sunset everyday. The view alone from the many balconies is simply magical. Top tier design & attention to detail throughout the layout. We loved driving around Pana and exploring all the wonders of the Lake. Returning to this home was a dream, good ahead and stop looking elsewhere, this is an exceptional place to stay!

The house is beautiful, has a spectacular view of the lake and has everything you need for your stay. Daniel is an excellent host; super friendly, willing and with excellent attention. He gave us directions to get to the surrounding villages and accompanied us to the house to make our arrival easy; he also gave us very good recommendations to get to know the villages of Atitlán. We'll definitely be back.

This casita is absolutely stunning! The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a retreat. The on-site management was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the stay even more seamless. I have absolutely no complaints—if I could live here, I would! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Everything super good, my family had a great time, the place super clean, everything super organized and super well, only recommendation to leave more towels but otherwise excellent!!

Simply spectacle, I would stay there again without a doubt, incredible view, everything worked perfect, very comfortable. Ana Regina was always available. Includes daily cleaning service which is magical to rest without worrying about anything. We had some problem with the key in the sink, but it was probably bad luck.

Always magical here. Second time staying, and our group loved it. Eric helps with everything, his cooks are the best, and his transport is the nicest to get to the lake. Highly recommend!

the place of Miguel is very nice it is well located ,it is a quiet place, the hosts were attentive to our needs,it is a nice place to rest and enjoy the pool with thermal waters,we had a superb time

This place exceeded our expectations, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The living space is spacious and breathtaking, with a stunning yard that offers an unobstructed view of the volcano. The kitchen was fantastic, and we loved spending our evenings cooking dinner and grilling on the barbecue. Every night, we used the temazcal (like a sauna), which made our stay even more special. Lesley and the groundskeeper were incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Lesley also shared local recommendations and kept us informed about daily events in San Marcos. An unforgettable stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing getaway. Incredible house and surrounding property. Stunning views and easy boat transport from the dock down by the private lakefront beach. Boat shuttles during the day to and from nearby Panajachel are included. Host and groundskeeper were very helpful in coordinating boat rides. Kitchen fully equipped - we cooked dinner for 3 nights.

Beautiful and tranquil spot near San Pedro. The views of the lake were stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful—great for relaxing. A bit removed from the bustle, but still easy to get into town. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

A very nice cabin to relax, comfortable and excellent service.

Don’t wait, BOOK NOW! You won’t regret it, it’s so beautiful & peaceful. A 5 minute walk to their farm full of animals: llamas, chickens, goats, pigs,etc. for free! You also get breakfast included & the people are so attentive & nice. Waking up to the sunrise thru the clear windows is something you have to experience. They have so many activities & a great restaurant too.

A stay with a breathtaking view, they were always in constant communication and were flexible, in addition to very attentive. No doubt a beautiful place. Perhaps the only thing to improve, it would be the condition of the steps to climb and access the cabin, as they are a bit slippery and somewhat demanding to come up with luggage and food for the stay. I would be back without thinking. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina’s place! It is a beautiful location, a short tuk tuk ride or walk from the center of Santiago Atitlan, with a dock right on the water. The pool, jacuzzi, temazcal, and private soaking tub (a few steps from the house) were all amazing! We loved the rustic feel of the house, and our 2 kids enjoyed the loft with twin bed and a hammock bed (so fun!). Carolina gave lots of helpful recommendations of things to do, restaurants, contacts, and more. We especially enjoyed the restaurant on-site, with delicious dinners, breakfast, and desserts that you can order there or take to go to the house. We originally booked to stay for 2 nights but ended up adding another night and it was totally worth it! One of our favorite spots to stay on Lake Atitlan so far!
