-Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

The house is ideal for couples or families, for business trips as well as for trips in a group or with pets.

Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-way home. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. From time to time, it is also a bit wobbly because of the children. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Bodensee. The routes to the bakery, ice cream shop, beach, various restaurants, bus stop, ... are less than 5 minutes away. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

The lake house on stilts is located directly at Lake Constance. On the terrace and from inside the house you can watch the scenery, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. The property is in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for peace seekers, who like to surround themselves with nature.
