Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. BLISS am SEE

Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

You have the option for family-friendly activities, to enjoy the beautiful Lake Constance and to visit traditional restaurants. Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus caravan blends harmoniously with the convenience of being able to use both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. What to expect: -a cozy circus wagon - A sauna with wood heating -an outdoor shower - Our cats will visit you ;-) - Horses, donkeys, chickens and sheep are also at home here (not in the alpine season) -2 older bikes are available

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

This beautiful 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a newly built single-family house in Wangen is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk) to Lake Constance. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.
