Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and is closed. You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in the summer. A baby cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).
