Unsere gemütliche Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt wünschen. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Umgebung und zu interessanten Zielen. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 20 min.).

Sie wohnen gemütlich und authentisch auf 24qm in unserem "Bauernstüble". Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine Essecke, ein Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Satelliten-TV. Über eine Treppenleiter gelangen Sie in den Schlafbereich mit einer 140x200cm Matratze. Angrenzend zum Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine kleine aber vollwertig ausgestattete Küche. Ein modernes Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und Tageslicht rundet die Wohnung ab. Eine Waschmaschine + Trockner kann für 4€ pro Waschladung mitbenutzt werden.

Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

In unserem idyllisch im Grünen gelegenen Landhaus in einem Vorort von Meersburg bieten wir Ihnen 2 renovierte Ferienwohnungen an. Die Wohnung "Historique" ist eine 1-Zimmerwohnung mit viel Charme im EG mit Terrasse und kleinem Gartenanteil und ist für zwei Personen geeignet. Meersburg erreichen Sie in fünf Minuten Autofahrt. Reisen Sie ganz entspannt an. Dank unseres Schlüsselkastens an der Eingangstüre mit Zahlencode können Sie ihre Reise flexibel planen und ab 15 Uhr einchecken.

Meine Ferienwohnung liegt im kleinen, idyllischen Ort Ittendorf, ganz ruhig in einer Sackgasse und ist ideal, um sich vom Stress des Alltags zu erholen. Es ist ein kleiner Ort mit 750 Einwohnern, umgeben von Obstplantagen. Sie ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses und befindet sich im Souterrain. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang mit einer kleinen sonnigen Frühstücksterrasse. Ein kostenloser Stellplatz direkt vor der Türe sorgt für eine bequeme An - und Abreise. .

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.

Kurze Distanz nach St. Gallen und zur Autobahn A1. Nicht verfügbar für Partys.

Die stilvoll eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.
