Hut in the Sheep Wash

Beautiful shepherd's hut set in a private, peaceful riverside field, surrounded by fields and woodland. Sleeps 2 in a double bed and is self-contained with fully equipped kitchen (2 gas hobs and grill) and small bathroom with shower and eco loo. A wood burner keeps it very cosy in winter. Lights are powered by a solar panel. Bedding and towels provided, also tea, coffee etc and provisions for breakfast. A perfect place in the Lake District for a romantic break or getaway from modern life!

Charming handy for Lake District

Archie is a charming bespoke shepherd’s hut, set in its own garden space at the top of our shared garden area. Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.

Kendal is an attractive market town with an eclectic range of shops, cafes, restaurants. There is a designated parking space for one vehicle beside the hut Bikes can be secured in the log shelter.
