This cabin-like home is nestled on a hill beside a 250 foot waterfall. As the water cascades to the bottom it turns into a creek that wraps around the property. The waterfall and can be enjoyed from almost every room. The elevation is at 3800 ft providing perfect temperatures for most of the summer, hence, no air conditioning. There is a fully stocked, renovated kitchen and washer/dryer upstairs. The house is located 15 minutes from Cashiers which has restaurants and groceries.

Welcome to Lazy Moss Cabin in Western North Carolina, you can see more if you go to You Tube and search for the name Lazy Moss cabin. Situated among the lush mountain laurel, native rhododendron and moss covered yard at a cool elevation of 3500 feet. We area a pet friendly rental with a limit of 2 pets per visit but NO pet fee because we have found that pet owners are very considerate of our cute cabin so thank you and enjoy your stay.
