Family friendly home with great lake and mountain views, minutes to Grand County lakes, Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park, & historic downtown Grand Lake. Great location for boating, hiking, fishing; short drive to Granby Ranch and the Grand Lake Golf Course for both summer & winter fun. House sleeps 12 if some are kids & you are planning to have them max out the bunk room. Otherwise house comfortably sleeps 10 adults and has three full bathrooms. Reliable WiFi and a landline.
