Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Cozy stylish newly renovated apartment

Welcome to our quiet basement flat (approx. 60 m²), which is lovingly furnished to a high standard. Supermarkets and a bus stop are within walking distance. Parking is free. The flat was recently renovated. The kitchen, floor, washing machine, mattresses and bed are new. The living and sleeping areas consist of one large room (45 m²) and can be separated with a full-length curtain. The flat is not suitable for very tall people, as the ceiling is a bit low.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. Kick back and relax in this calm and cozy space overlooking the countryside. The living space is about 34 square meters plus roof terrace, where there is also a small cooking facility. If necessary, 2 additional guests could be accommodated on mattresses for an extra charge. Folding bikes can be provided if necessary.
