There is a driveway for off-street parking for two cars. There is a private outside stairwell entrance and keypad door lock for access. This apartment is older construction and is on the 2nd floor. The floors are squeaky and noise will carry to the lower unit. Quiet time at 10:00pm. Just a short walk to downtown.

We first used AirBnB when we traveled to Paris and Barcelona in 2015. We were happy with our stay but thought there was room for improvements. When we purchased our home in Verona we saw the potential for using part of it for AirBnB. From our experiences, we designed and decorated our space with a simple focus – what would we want in a nightly rental. The location is walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. We have 7 suites and a beautiful lobby that are modern and luxurious, with lots of historical character and texture as a nod to its previous existence as the Grant Hotel from 1895 to 1933. The Presidential Suite 303 is located on the 3rd floor.
