Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Sea Holly cottage is located 2 minutes walk from the 6km long, white sands of Noordhoek beach on the Cape Peninsula, and within 2km of a range of acclaimed pubs and restaurants. Cape Town city centre, with its renowned V&A Waterfront, shops, theatres and Table Mountain cableway is a mere 45 minute drive away, while the multiple attractions of the southern peninsula such as Boulders Beach penguins, historic Simon's Town and the Cape Point National Park all lie within a scenic one hour drive.

Completely separate, private suite with ample parking on a 5-acre smallholding in Noordhoek. Original wood flooring, queen XL bed with Egyptian-cotton bedlinen, smart TV, fridge, microwave, gas cooker and automatic coffee machine, desk and wifi plus a private, sunny courtyard with firepit. The sizeable en-suite bathroom has a cast-iron bath and large shower.

The housekeeper cleans the house and makes the beds from Monday - Friday. For power outages we have a backup system with Tesla batteries
