The sleeping area and the bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the living area upstairs offers you a breathtaking view of the lake, where you can enjoy the terrace to watch the sunset. Beautiful New house of 135 m² located in Bauduen (83630), based on 3000 m² field, really close to "Les gorges du Verdon". Splendid view over the lake and Bauduen Village. The village is only located at 1.5 km from the house. House (fully furnished) composition : 4 rooms with double bed, huge living room open on a modern kitchen full equipped, 2 terrasse, 1 bathroom. Big table and great sofa to chill and enjoy good meal : French food are one of the best as you might know :) !
