The flat is just - 1 minute away from the lake (2 min away from Lido in Locarno) and is located on 3rd floor. The flat has 68 qm and a balcony of 22 qm. The flat has a big living room with kitchen and dining room and a spacious bedroom. A big bathroom with rainforrest shower and separate guest WC with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a parking spot under the building (for additonal fee) The balcony has lounge area with a sofa and two chairs.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
