Sunrise and sunset views from this breezy spot in the best location at CB for walkability to restaurants and entertainment without being in the midst of the bars, etc. Ocean peek from the private deck just across the street from beach access. Newer appliances and furnishings. Only one stairway up, for convenient loading from designated parking spaces directly under the condo. Kid-friendly!

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

A portion of the proceeds is given to a local bird rescue group,"Skywatch Bird Rescue," located North of Carolina Beach in Castle Hayne. Volunteers, to include your host, take injured birds to facility to be rehabilitated and released back to the wild.
