Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Supermarket and free winter ski bus stop: 3 mins. Closest downhill ski area 5 mins by ski bus. Engadin ski marathon cross-country trail right in front of house. Lots of beautiful hiking trails.

Centrally located in St. Moritz-Bad but quiet. Fully equipped, sunny 100m2 apartment with views in a modern, less then 10 years old building. 5 minutes walking or driving distance from everything: skiing, cross-country, hiking, shopping, lake, forests, train station (Glacier Express). Bus stop in front of the house. Indoor parking, fast internet access, TV and private whirlpool included. Enjoy my home, if I can't stay in St. Moritz and experience the broadness of the Upper Engadin valley.
