Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Vermilion

Michael's place was exactly as promised, a clean, comfortable home away from home. To be completely honest, there is not much to do in Ely at the end of March (it's probably much more exciting in the summer!). Nevertheless, we enjoyed the International Wolf Center and Michael's house was comfortable and easy to stay in. Thanks, Michael!

This campsite was so adorable! I would highly recommend coming here for beginner campers who don’t have a lot of equipment yet, the site had everything you could possibly need! The tent quality was amazing, the bed was comfy, tons of blankets and the electric heater was such a great touch, made the 50 degree nights no problem! It looks like the hosts made small hiking trails on their own but it was all clearly marked and made for some fun walks with our pup! Highly recommend the trails and keep your eyes peeled for hidden surprises! All in all we had a great time and we had to drag our dog out of there when it was time to check out, she did not want to leave!

This was the perfect place while in town for a weekend of curling. Comfortable, cozy and welcoming, great distance from both Hibbing and Chisholm. We loved the personal touches, the history of the location/house, and the thoughtful welcome basket with snacks (which was a huge blessing after a long day of curling with hungry kids!). We would absolutely stay again!

A wonderful stay! Stephanie was great with communication. The house was cute and clean. We had all we needed there. We may come back in the warm months. The snow, landscape, wildlife, and dog sledding was all great in the area. Lots to do within 30 minutes of Ely. We loved our stay!

We used the space primarily as for sleeping and place to get cleaned up after/before each day. We have family in town without room to house everyone. So our needs may not be the same thing others are seeking. The kitchen itself is adequate and the large fridge freezer would meet most families needs for storage. There was a lower level window AC that cooled that level nicely. The upstairs was a little more stuffy, but with windows open and a box fan running, it cooled down nicely for sleeping. The bedrooms were good sized and having 2 bathrooms with a tub/shower and a shower met our needs for a place to sleep, clean up. The location just a block off the main road provides easy walking access to shops and restaurants. That would be very attractive to many people. For people wanting the full stay experience with meals and leisure time the place would meet their needs. Would definitely recommend this place for the location and pricing. Suzanne was a good and gracious host!

I have stayed here multiple times. Perfectly clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. One of my favorite places to stay in Hibbing 😊

It was a very well laid out two bedroom cabin. They provided ample towels, blankets, pillows and everything felt clean and comfortable. Their swing next to the lake was our favorite to watch the sun go down and have coffee in the morning. There is a nice fire ring with plenty of kindling and firewood provided! (So nice). The sauna worked well and was easy to use and warms up really fast. It was a wonderful stay, peaceful, quiet, and it felt private. We will be back for sure!!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I loved the craftsman styling. The directions and check in instruction were perfect. The stay was within walking distance of several shops and restaurants so we didn't need to worry about parking! Highly recommend if someone is looking for a place in Ely with lots of character and easy access to downtown.
