Good spot to relax near friends and family. Dog friendly with the fenced-in backyard was a major plus.

We enjoyed our stay at hilltop! We were there for a family wedding and it was so nice to be close to the venue! There were enough beds to fit our families as well which was great! Julie was very responsive with our questions! We will hopefully be returning at some point when we are visiting family again!

This place was perfect for our families overnight stay in Coon Rapids and the host was very accommodating and thoughtful would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at "The Sanctuary" . It is just a lovely place that feels warm and inviting. Oh.....and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on - the mattress truly hugs you and the comforter is fluffy but not heavy. My wife and I slept great every night! This kitchen is well stocked with all your needs. The fireplace is warm and inviting. The basement with it's pingpong table provided entertainment for our two grandsons and they were thrilled to have their "boy cave" available to them just like the last trip. We will undoubtedly stay here again (if it's actually available). You won't be disappointed staying here!

Fantastic host! Second time staying here to visit family, will definitely do it again. Awesome seeing deer in the front yard almost everyday! Home was as described, Pattee is extremely responsive to messages and requests.
