The apartment has 2 high-quality bedrooms with double beds and access to the balcony. One bedroom also has a sofa bed. The stylish living area with open kitchen features a large dining table, access to the large balcony and a great view of Lake Zell and the mountains. The city center is only a 2-minute walk away, the nearest lift is 700 m away and the lake is just across the street. There are two bathrooms, a private parking space in front of the house and access to the shared sauna in the basement.

There are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom (bath and/or shower, WC). The living room has a double sofa bed and an open-plan designer kitchen. There is also a separate WC. From the living room you can access the balcony, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Zell.

The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
