The unit is provided with its own AC and heat. The “Florida Shower” provides a large, private outdoor shower experience, with plenty of hot water, beneath the stars. Offers a ten acre lake view from inside or out. Many species of birds and wildlife are spotted, with 45 acres of bordering woodland.

It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.
