Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Charming House on the Heights

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance. Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux". Ten minutes from the town of Argentat and twenty minutes from Tulle.

Our house is located in a very quiet area (dead end) while being 700 m from shops. In the beautiful Millevaches Natural Park, in the heart of a charming hamlet at nearly 1000 meters above sea level, come and recharge your batteries in a small stone house. You will have a private garden next to the washhouse and fountain... Walks in the forest (on horseback, on foot or by bike), and canoeing on the lakes await you!

A hut by a small stream

At the bottom of the garden by a small stream, surrounded by forests and meadows, the Hut is an intimate place to stay peacefully in retreat or a pied-à-terre conducive to traveling in the area. La Hutte is below the railway. The passage of railcars is rare and discreet, as nature takes over.

Framed by two three-hundred-year-old oaks, our cottage, renovated in 2023, is an old farmhouse, nestled in the heart of the Haut-Corrézien countryside. Located off the road, it is surrounded by meadows and forests ensuring absolute tranquility and a real breath of fresh air.
